About
Welcome to my website. My name is Darren Mitchell and I am 27 years old. When I was 14 I came to work at Inverclyde Art and Framing. In 2003 I went to Strathclyde University, where I studied Physics. About three years ago I took a real interest in photography. In February 2011 I took over the framing business. With help of family and friends we have created enough space, at the front of the shop, to provide my clients with a small professional photography studio. I do not have any in-house printing facilities that are used by some local photographers. I work with one of the best printers in the UK, which ensures exceptional quality colour and contrast to my work, from prints and large posters, to albums and canvas wraps. With thirteen years professional experience in picture framing, I am in the position to recommend suitable mounts and mouldings which will compliment your photographs, prints, and other items. Unlike other photographers and picture framers who use cheap, ready made, often plastic mouldings, I have an extensive range of high quality woods. Once you have made your choice, frames and mounts are all made on my premises by my very own hand, and are finished to an extremely high standard. Please take a look at my portfolio and if I can be of any assistance either contact me by phone, email, through my website, or pop into my shop for a coffee and a chat. |
